MTV News. Vote Or Die, 2004. Sean Combs and I hit the floor of the DNC tracking down celebrities and politicians, and a young Senator from Illinois who had made noise with a powerful speech the night before.
In the summer of 2005, Kurt Williamson and I were approached to direct and produce an EPK for an up-and-coming young artist - Rihanna. Shortly after, I produced a promotional video for The Black Eyed Peas’ non-profit organization, The Peapod Foundation.
In 2006, I followed my heart to the baseball field and covered the New York Mets. Mets Weekly was a show produced by MTV colleague Darin Byrne, and we had the fortune of documenting a team march all the way to the World Series.
I moved to Los Angeles in 2008, and directed content for an artist I had connected with years earlier while at MTV. I went home to Colorado in 2009, where I produced, wrote and edited an award-winning local documentary on Colorado National Guard members stationed in Iraq.
